Car Hire
Hire Period-
This period covers the 'Natural course of the wedding' and is agreed at time of booking.
No strict time limit is set and this period incorporates transport to the Church or venue, waiting until after the service, some photos and transport to the reception.
Subject to prior agreement, the car may also stop off at a park or other photo location en route to the reception.
(If no prior agreement is made, then this will be at the discretion of the driver and is subject to other commitments.
On the day
In the event of an accident, breakdown or damage to the vehicle by any other cause during the 'hire period', an alternative vehicle will be supplied where possible.
In the event of the agreed itinerary not being fulfilled, then a suitable recompense will be made based on the service provided.
Prior to the day
If the vehicle(s) hired is/are not available at the time and date agreed through any of the above reasons, then where possible and subject to the customers agreement, an alternative vehicle(s) will be sent as a replacement. The hire charge will be adjusted accordingley. No extra charges would be payable by the customer.
Should the customer not be agreeable to the alternative vehicle or in the event of no replacement being available then a full refund would be made.
Deposits & Balance Payment To secure the hiring of a vehicle, a deposit must be paid, which is non returnable in event of cancellation by the customer.
The balance becomes due one calendar month prior to the hire date.
We reserve the right to select a route we consider most suitable, taking into consideration safety and capabilities of the vehicle(s) hired.
Severe weather conditions may also make it necessary to change the vehicle(s) hired or the route taken.
Smoking is strictly not permitted in the vehicles.
There will be a charge of £10.00 (per cheque) for any cheques which are returned by the bank due to non payment.
